Position Summary:
The Senior Executive will be responsible for the analysis and documentation of bioassay samples of finished products and stability samples.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document bioassay samples for finished products and stability studies.
- Maintain adherent and suspension cell lines for bioassays.
- Perform cryopreservation of bioassay cell lines.
- Conduct qualification and validation of bioassays.
- Analyze bioassay data for relative potency determination using statistical methods.
- Execute ELISA and receptor binding assays.
- Develop and prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs), specifications, and standard testing procedures.
- Prepare data sheets, protocols, and reports for method qualifications and validations.
- Document bioassay data and maintain the bioassay lab.
- Operate multimode plate readers.
- Prepare reagents and chemicals according to SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with GMP practices and documentation.
- Prepare and review certificates of analysis.
- Conduct environmental monitoring of clean rooms in the QC area.
- Calibrate instruments and equipment per SOPs.
- Perform protein analysis using SDS-PAGE, ELISA, and OD280 methods.
- Prepare and review Quality Management System (QMS) documents.

Technical Skills/Competencies:
- Proficiency in bioassay techniques and ELISA.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Experience with GMP practices.
