Position: Management Trainee – Business Development
Location: Corporate Office, Bengaluru
Qualification: MBA in Marketing / Business Operations
Job Role:
- Conduct market research and analyze the CDMO landscape, focusing on Biologics/Biosimilars and Small Molecules.
- Utilize databases, news, and articles to generate leads for potential business and new technologies.
- Present OneSource capabilities to prospective leads.
- Assist in developing business development market plans for various territories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.
- Prepare management updates using Excel/PowerPoint on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis.
- Support in executing confidentiality agreements and organizing meetings/conferences.
- Opportunity for growth and diverse roles within the Business Development function based on performance.
- Maintain and update BD leads and opportunities daily.
