Job Title: Pharmacovigilance Services Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in accordance with client guidelines and global regulatory standards.
- Manage affiliate mailbox and perform reconciliation of reports per the established process.
- Execute both serious and non-serious case follow-up procedures through written communication.
- Engage in problem-solving using established procedures and guidelines.
- Function as an individual contributor, working within a set scope under moderate supervision and instruction.
- Be prepared for interactions that involve your team and direct supervisor.
- Work may require participation in rotational shifts.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant work in pharmacovigilance.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced English skills.
Skills Required:
- Pharmacovigilance Services with an emphasis on drug safety surveillance.
- Familiarity with safety database management and adherence to global regulatory requirements.
