Job Title: Pharmacovigilance Services Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in accordance with client guidelines and global regulatory standards.
  • Manage affiliate mailbox and perform reconciliation of reports per the established process.
  • Execute both serious and non-serious case follow-up procedures through written communication.
  • Engage in problem-solving using established procedures and guidelines.
  • Function as an individual contributor, working within a set scope under moderate supervision and instruction.
  • Be prepared for interactions that involve your team and direct supervisor.
  • Work may require participation in rotational shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant work in pharmacovigilance.
  • Language Proficiency: Advanced English skills.

Skills Required:

  • Pharmacovigilance Services with an emphasis on drug safety surveillance.
  • Familiarity with safety database management and adherence to global regulatory requirements.
