Job Description:
The role is within Accenture’s Life Sciences R&D vertical, which supports biopharma companies across various areas such as clinical trials, regulatory services, pharmacovigilance, and patient services. The specific responsibilities for this role include:
- Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance: Managing case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, and submission for ICSRs (Individual Case Safety Reports) in the safety database according to global regulatory requirements.
- Case Follow-Up: Performing written follow-up attempts for both serious and non-serious cases.
- Affiliate Mailbox Management: Handling email communications related to pharmacovigilance.
- Reconciliation of Reports: Ensuring reports are reconciled per process guidelines.
- Team and Shift Work: Working well in a team and potentially working in rotational shifts.
