They are currently looking for a Junior Executive / Executive for their Quality Control (QC) team.

Responsibilities in the Job:

As a Junior Executive / Executive in the Quality Control Department, you will be responsible for overseeing all QC laboratory operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring compliance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices).
• Supervising the QC team to meet the company’s requirements for routine analysis of raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), finished goods (FG), and water, in line with BP and USP pharmacopeial standards.
• Hands-on laboratory analysis using equipment such as KF titrators, FT-IR, HPLC, and others.
• Coordinating with outsourced parties to meet laboratory requirements within specified timelines.
• Experience in analytical method validation is a plus.
• Effectively allocating resources to ensure timely completion of all tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm), Chemistry, or a related field (BSc) from a recognized university.
• 2-4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), quality operations, and the SAP system.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good people management skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• The age limit for this position is below 35 years.
