Educational Qualification:

• Essential/Mandatory:
  • Ph.D./MD/MS/MDS or equivalent degree
  • OR 3 years of research, teaching, design, and development experience after MVSC/M.Pharm/ME/M.Tech with at least one research paper in a Science Citation Index (SCI) journal
  • Candidates with equivalent qualifications in AYUSH sciences may also apply

Work Experience:

• Desirable/Preferable:
  • Experience in drug discovery and development, in vitro and in vivo models
  • Proficiency in techniques such as flow cytometry, qPCR, Western blot, cytotoxicity assays, animal cell culture handling, and confocal microscopy

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the discovery and development of herbal drugs for cancer through design and conduct of experiments
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and facilitate project work (preclinical and clinical)
• Conduct regular team meetings and prepare progress reports
• Manage the inventory of project requirements and supervise junior project staff
• Serve as the liaison and primary point of contact for project-related activities and coordination with various departments

Salary: Rs. 58,280/- per month (consolidated)

Duration: Six months, extendable based on satisfactory progress
