Certification: CPC/CRC/CCS/COC/CIC (Preferred)

Number of Positions: 5

Experience Required:

• 5+ years in medical coding
• 1+ year in HCC (Hierarchical Condition Categories) or E&M (Evaluation & Management) coding

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the team’s production, quality, attendance, and shrinkage
• Ensure compliance with TAT (Turnaround Time) as per client and internal SLA (Service Level Agreement)
• Provide coaching and motivation to the team to achieve organizational goals
