Eligibility Criteria:

• Officers under the Central/State/U.T. Governments/Universities/Statutory Bodies or Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations
  • Holding analogous posts on a regular basis, or
  • With 6 years regular service in the grade of Pharmacist Grade II in the Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/-

Application Process:

1. Submission: Eligible officers may submit their applications in the prescribed proforma (Annexure-I) through proper channels.
2. Address: The Administrative Officer, AIIMS, Vijaypur, Jammu-184120.
3. Envelope: Super scribe the envelope with “Application for the Post of Senior Pharmacist on Deputation Basis”.
4. Documents Required:
   • Attested copies of up-to-date APARs/ACRs for the last five years
   • Vigilance Clearance Certificate indicating no disciplinary or criminal proceedings are pending or contemplated
   • Statement showing minor/major penalties imposed, if any
   • Integrity Certificate
   • No Objection Certificate from the present employer/department

Application Deadline: 30 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in the Employment News.

Important Information:

• Maximum Age Limit: 56 years as on the last date of receipt of application.
• Shortlisting: Based on bio-data, candidates will be shortlisted and only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview/further selection process.

Additional Instructions:

1. Usual Allowances: As admissible to Central Government Employees of similar status at Samba, Vijaypur, Jammu.
2. Prohibition of Private Practice: The posts are whole time and private practice of any kind is prohibited.
3. Posting: Candidates are likely to be posted at rural health and urban health centres or other centers attached with the Institute.
4. Disqualification: Canvassing of any kind will be a disqualification.
5. Convictions: Candidates should not have been convicted by any Court of Law.
6. False Information: If any information or declaration by the candidate is found to be false, the candidate will be liable to be repatriated and any action deemed fit by the Appointing Authority will be taken.
7. Amendments: The Competent Authority reserves the right to amend, cancel, and change this advertisement as a whole or in part without assigning any reason or notice.
8. Jurisdiction: All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Law at Samba, Vijaypur, Jammu.
