Job Description:

Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited, a company with a rich legacy spanning over a century in the Indian Pharma Industry, is seeking dynamic and results-oriented individuals to join our Formulation sites at Panelav/Karakhadi, Gujarat.

Positions Available:

• Sr. Executive/Executive/Jr. Executive/Technical Officer (Production/Packing – Injectable)
• Sr. Executive/Executive/Jr. Executive/Technical Officer (Production/Packing – Oral Solid Dosage)

Criteria:

• Education: M.Pharm/B.Pharm/Diploma/ITI
• Experience: 1 to 10 years of experience in aseptic practices and good documentation practices.

Job Roles:

Production (Injectable):

• Handle manufacturing skids, Fedegari autoclaves, Isolator lyophilizers, vial washing and tunnel, vial/ophthalmic/PFS filling and aseptic filtration, FFS, CIP/SIP, filters, microsphere refiner, Active freeze drying system.
• Operation, cleaning, sterilization, qualification, and maintenance of solution preparation systems.

Packing (Injectable):

• Ensure operation, cleaning, qualifications, and maintenance of manual visual inspection.
• On-line integrity testing M/c, Auto Cartonator, Blister Packing M/c, serialization, Track & Trace system.

Production (Oral Solid Dosage):

• Exposure to handling and compliance of various Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Capsule filling machines/equipment.
• Handling online documentation of BMR and logbooks during execution of batches.

Packing (Oral Solid Dosage):

• Experience in Blister packing, Bulk/Bottle packing, Track and Trace and serialization activities and cleaning process.
• Exposure and troubleshooting knowledge of primary and secondary CVC packing line.
• Manage cleaning process, challenge test, and area cleaning activities.
