Job Details:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor equipment such as RMG, FBE, Fette compression, Auto coaters, and bottle packing lines with Track & Trace systems.
• Ensure compliance with 21 CFR and maintain QMS practices, including change control, deviation, CAPA, and documentation.
• Supervise daily operations for stability and commercial batches in accordance with approved procedures.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace in compliance with cGMP.
• Train subordinates on SOPs related to operation and cleaning.
• Conduct IQ/OQ/PQ for new equipment/systems.
• Handle material movement as per defined procedures and batch manufacturing records.
• Perform online documentation adhering to good documentation practices.

Desired Profile:

• Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance (preferably in USFDA-approved organizations).
• Knowledge of SCADA operations and fluid bed equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with cGMP, ALCOA, and ALCOA++.
