Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Master BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records) and BPRS (Batch Production Records) and manage associated documentation.
• Coordinate with various departments including Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Engineering for the execution of scale-up and exhibit batches.
• Initiate Change Controls due to revisions in BMR/BPRs and other product development-related changes.
• Study critical parameters during scale-up batches to optimize Critical Process Parameters (CPPs) and Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs).
• Provide input related to batch size, process feasibility, and parameters as required, actively participating in scale-up and exhibit batches.
• Monitor and ensure readiness for the execution of scale-up/feasibility and exhibit batches, ensuring availability of Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), and miscellaneous items.

Required Skills:

• Experience in injectable R&D technology transfer or manufacturing injectable documentation.
• Strong coordination skills with various departments.
• Familiarity with GMP-related documents.
