Responsibilities & Skills Required:

• Provide scientific guidance to team members to ensure effective delivery of projects.
• Manage resources and costs efficiently.
• Monitor and review project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with protocols and train team members on both technical and safety attributes.
• Conduct regular scientific review meetings with the team.
• Lead the smooth conduction of PK studies without delay.
• Provide scientific leadership to a team of 5-10 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs).
• Strong client interfacing skills are mandatory.
