Key Responsibilities
- Process Development & Innovation
- Design and conduct experiments for developing robust and scalable processes.
- Independently manage complete Process R&D projects, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
- Solve challenges related to raw material sourcing through innovative solutions.
- Technology Transfer
- Oversee the smooth transfer of processes to manufacturing sites, collaborating with engineers, analysts, and project managers.
- Quality & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including development reports and technical write-ups.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards (PPE, GLP, ISMS).
- Customer Engagement & RFPs
- Represent technical progress during client teleconferences.
- Draft comprehensive responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) involving cost sheets, literature reviews, and technical write-ups.
- Team Leadership
- Mentor and assess team performance, fostering a culture of high performance and motivation.
