Position: Research Associate-III

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct laboratory testing, including validation, verification, transfer, and registration stability studies.
  • Design analytical methods and experiments, conduct routine research, and develop, evaluate, validate, and transfer analytical methods.
  • Interact effectively with various disciplines, including Quality, Regulatory, and External partners.
  • Collect information for the analytical target profile and propose techniques for method development.
  • Design studies, write protocols, reports, and procedures with minimal guidance.
  • Conduct R&D stability testing to support the registration of R&D products.
  • Execute analytical method validations and transfers independently.
  • Perform laboratory testing in a regulated environment, ensuring conformance to specifications.
  • Manage laboratory investigations (OOS/OOT), nonconformance/deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant QSR and other regulatory requirements related to R&D.
  • Collaborate with global teams across various functions.
  • Analyze data, make decisions, and present status at technical review meetings.
  • Maintain lab equipment, adhere to cGxP requirements (ALCOA+), Data Integrity, and Quality Culture and Compliance Level.

Candidate Profile:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant scientific subject area.
  • 9-12 years of relevant experience.
  • Solid technical abilities and passion for the work.
  • Knowledge of laboratory health and safety standards.
  • Ability to identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience in a pharma/healthcare/clinical research environment.
