BioPlus Life Sciences is seeking enthusiastic freshers and professionals for various roles in our Formulation Development team.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: M. Pharm or Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from top colleges.
• Schooling: Preferably from CBSE/ICSE boards with a strong academic record.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct literature and patent searches.
• Procure and evaluate reference/comparator products.
• Prepare test license applications and costing formulas.
• Execute bio batches and manage raw/packaging materials procurement.
• Perform pre-formulation studies and review master formula records.
• Develop formulations and manage scale-up processes.
• Conduct stability studies and compile analytical data.
• Maintain lab notebooks and project files, including calibration records.

Leadership Roles:

• Opportunities to take on Team Leader or Department Head roles for experienced candidates.
