Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Manager/Sr. Manager for our Packaging Development Regulatory Markets team focusing on the US, EU, Canada, and UK markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of packaging materials and create prototypes.
• Manage packaging trials, stability testing, and ensure successful commercialization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Formulation & Development (F&D), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Quality Assurance (QA), Regulatory Affairs (RA), and Production to execute packaging projects efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with packaging standards specific to regulated markets.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical drawings, and documentation.
• Continuously improve packaging processes and oversee vendor validation.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Pharmacy.
• Post-Graduate Diploma or B-Tech in Packaging from a recognized institute.
• 10-15 years of experience in packaging development, preferably within regulated markets.
