Key Responsibilities

Quality & Food Safety Execution

  • Monitor on-line product quality and take immediate corrective actions for deviations.
  • Conduct finished goods testing as per standard sampling and test methods with proper documentation.
  • Verify process records, including incoming quality checks, ingredient shelf-life records, and in-process checks.
  • Ensure critical processing equipment (e.g., metal detectors, sifters, ovens) functions correctly.
  • Enforce GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)GHP (Good Hygiene Practices), and 5S methodology to maintain a hygienic production environment.
  • Train workers on food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with food safety protocols.
  • Take corrective actions for non-compliance issues related to processes, equipment, or hygiene.

Statutory Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Verify packaging compliance, including MRP, batch codes, and labeling regulations.
  • Ensure proper weight checking at different production stages.
  • Confirm calibration of weighing balances and measuring instruments as per schedule.
  • Oversee consumer complaint handling, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures.
  • Benchmark products against competitors to identify quality improvement opportunities.
  • Visit retail outlets and distribution points to gather consumer feedback.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers and experienced professionals (0-5 years) are eligible to apply.
  • Candidates with degrees in Food Technology, Microbiology, or Biotechnology are preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, GHP, and quality assurance processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
