Responsibilities in the Job

We are looking for a variety of positions in two key areas at our Dholka plant: Production-OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) and Production-Injection. The positions that are open are as follows:

For Production-OSD:

• Operator-Compression/Granulation/Coating Inspection: Verify that the equipment used in the coating, granulation, and compression operations is operating well. Conduct inspections in order to uphold superior standards.
• Blister/Strip/Labeling/CVC Line: Ensure precise and productive output by operating and supervising equipment for blister packing, strip packaging, labeling, and the CVC line.

For Production-Injection:

• Operator: Autoclave Systems; Vial Filling, Capping, Washing, and Labeling: Oversee and run vial filling, capping, washing, and labeling procedures to fulfill production and quality targets.
• Visual Inspection/CIP SIP/Lyophilizer/Injection Manufacturing: Manage CIP (Cleaning in Place) and SIP (Sterilization in Place) procedures, administer injection manufacturing duties, and run lyophilizers.

Qualification

We are looking for applicants who meet the following requirements:

• Education: an appropriate diploma or an ITI (Industrial Training Institute).
• Experience: 0 to 5 years working in the production of pharmaceuticals. Application is recommended from freshmen.

Skills

Candidates must to have the following abilities:

• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of the equipment and procedures used in the manufacturing of pharmaceuticals.
• The capacity to carry out accurate quality control and inspections is known as attention to detail.
• Problem-Solving Skills: The capacity to recognize and effectively address operational problems.
• Teamwork: Excellent capacity for cooperative work in a setting that emphasizes teamwork.
