Responsibilities of the Sr. Program Associate

As a Sr. Program Associate at CEGIS, you will be responsible for several important tasks related to project delivery and governance research. Here’s an overview of your key duties:

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research, provide root cause analysis, and present insights to guide program strategies.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Sr. Program Associate role, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in economics, public policy, social sciences, or a related field is required (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field, ideally with a background in project management or client servicing.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Kannada is a must.
