Position: Training Translation Coordinator

Location: Bangalore, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and scope the translation of site and participant-facing training materials developed by the Client Education team.
• Communicate timelines to team and clients.
• Manage the work of training translation vendors and project deliverables and timelines on a per-project basis.
• Identify and communicate risks appropriately.
• Initiate deployment and/or distribution of translated materials.
• Participate in testing of deployment.
• Provide support and training for new team members.
• Educate other functional areas and training translation vendors on the translation process.
• Evaluate the training translation process for continuous improvement and/or efficiency improvement.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• BA/BS in a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in a corporate environment
• Ability to manage timelines effectively and communicate in a clear, professional manner
• Vendor project management preferred
