Position: Training Translation Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and scope the translation of site and participant-facing training materials developed by the Client Education team.
- Communicate timelines to team and clients.
- Manage the work of training translation vendors and project deliverables and timelines on a per-project basis.
- Identify and communicate risks appropriately.
- Initiate deployment and/or distribution of translated materials.
- Participate in testing of deployment.
- Provide support and training for new team members.
- Educate other functional areas and training translation vendors on the translation process.
- Evaluate the training translation process for continuous improvement and/or efficiency improvement.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- BA/BS in a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in a corporate environment
- Ability to manage timelines effectively and communicate in a clear, professional manner
- Vendor project management preferred
