Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Scientist or Senior Research Scientist to join our Formulation Development team. This role is crucial for driving our R&D initiatives and ensuring the development of innovative and effective drug formulations.

Qualifications:

• M.Pharm degree
• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in formulation development

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and conduct experiments to characterize the physical, chemical, and biological properties of drug formulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Stay current with industry trends, scientific advancements, and regulatory guidelines to ensure the highest standards of formulation development.
