• Salary: ₹11,170/- per month

Application Process

1. Application Form:
   • Available at the O/o DH&FW Society, Rohtak for ₹200.
   • If downloaded from NHM Haryana website, a separate form must be filled after payment of ₹200.
   • Submission time: 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM (Every working day)
2. Submission Deadline: 26th July 2024, 04:00 PM
3. Application Submission:
   • Filled applications with self-attested photocopies of relevant certificates must reach the office of DH&FW Society (O/o Civil Surgeon, Rohtak) by the deadline.

Notes

1. Separate application forms are required for multiple posts.
2. Incomplete or incorrect applications will be disqualified.
3. Provide a functional email address and mobile number.
4. No TA/DA will be provided for attending counseling or document verification.
5. Preference will be given to local candidates of District Rohtak.
6. Three proofs of address (from the list provided) are required.
7. Relevant experience in government or semi-government roles will be given weightage.
8. Reservation of posts will follow government rules; appropriate documentation is required for reserved categories.
9. Candidates can be posted anywhere in District Rohtak as needed.
10. Degrees, diplomas, and certificates must be from recognized institutions.
11. Applicants with criminal cases or FIRs are ineligible.
12. Recruitment will follow the latest guidelines/policies.
