Department: Sales and Marketing
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Pharmaceutical Products:
- Detail and demonstrate the benefits of our products to healthcare professionals.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on product usage, benefits, and potential side effects.
- Sales and Target Achievement:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare professionals.
- Address customer queries and provide ongoing support and information.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Gather and analyze market data, including competitor activities and market trends.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
- Educational Support:
- Organize and conduct medical education programs, presentations, and product training for healthcare professionals.
- Participate in medical conferences, seminars, and other relevant events.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions with healthcare professionals and sales activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer needs.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in sales/marketing will be an advantage.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain professional relationships, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and goal orientation, good organizational and time management skills, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Additional Information:
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, valid driver’s license.
- Work Environment: This position may require evening and weekend work depending on customer schedules and events.
