Job Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing

As a Territory Manager in the Pharma Rx Sales department, you will be responsible for executing the company’s sales strategy within your assigned region. Key responsibilities include:

  • Promotion of New Products: You’ll work on promoting new products in line with the Product Management Team’s strategy. This includes analyzing market trends, engaging with doctors, and relaying feedback for new product development.
  • Sales Monitoring: Regular visits to stockists and pharmacies will be required to ensure the achievement of both primary and secondary sales goals. You’ll also be expected to monitor sales performance and participate in monthly review meetings.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establishing strong relationships with doctors and key stakeholders is a vital part of your role. You’ll also manage CME events, which will help raise the company’s profile in the industry.
  • KOL Engagement: Connecting with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to organize CMEs and collect valuable insights will be crucial for the success of product promotions.

Qualifications: What You Need to Succeed

To be considered for the Women in Pharma Rx Sales – P position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Educational Requirements: A graduate degree with a science background is required. This ensures you have the necessary knowledge to engage effectively with medical professionals.
  • Work Experience: At least 6 months of experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred. This experience will help you navigate the industry and understand the dynamics of sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical field.
