Job Role: Medical Information Specialist
Location: Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area
As a Medical Information Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe use of pharmaceutical products by providing accurate and evidence-based information to healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about pharmacovigilance and medical communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and payers.
- Conduct thorough medical literature research to provide scientifically accurate responses.
- Handle queries through multiple channels, including phone, email, CRM, and chat.
- Identify and document adverse events and product complaints in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs teams to resolve complaints.
- Ensure adherence to FDA post-marketing reporting regulations.
- Stay updated on therapeutic areas and client-specific requirements.
- Demonstrate excellent documentation and communication skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Pharm.D, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, MSc, or any other Life Sciences degree.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
