Responsibilities:

  • Work in US shifts for the Medical Information Contact Center (MICC).
  • Manage the global inbox and handle inbound and outbound calls related to medical information, adverse event reports, product quality complaint reports, and medical inquiries.
  • Perform data entry and triage adverse event reports, product quality complaint reports, and medical inquiries from healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumers/patients.
  • Identify adverse events and product complaints during the data entry process.
  • Utilize writing skills to draft and file adverse event reports and product quality complaint reports.

Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, and PharmD.
  • Experience and Skills:
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong clinical background.
    • Fluency in English (spoken, read, and written).
    • Typing speed above 25 WPM.
  • Shift Timing: Night shifts (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM and 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
