Responsibilities:
- Work in US shifts for the Medical Information Contact Center (MICC).
- Manage the global inbox and handle inbound and outbound calls related to medical information, adverse event reports, product quality complaint reports, and medical inquiries.
- Perform data entry and triage adverse event reports, product quality complaint reports, and medical inquiries from healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumers/patients.
- Identify adverse events and product complaints during the data entry process.
- Utilize writing skills to draft and file adverse event reports and product quality complaint reports.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, and PharmD.
- Experience and Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong clinical background.
- Fluency in English (spoken, read, and written).
- Typing speed above 25 WPM.
- Shift Timing: Night shifts (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM and 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
