Job Overview
We are looking for a Clinical Project Coordinator to join our team in Bangalore. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in clinical research. The Clinical Project Coordinator will support the successful delivery of clinical trials by coordinating various aspects of clinical projects, including but not limited to, project documentation, timeline management, and communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of clinical trials.
- Ensure that all clinical trial activities are conducted in accordance with protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Support project managers in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Maintain and organize clinical trial documentation and records.
- Liaise with clinical team members, sponsors, and external vendors to ensure project progress.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and address any issues related to the clinical trial process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in clinical research.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of clinical research processes and regulatory guidelines.
- Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines is a plus.
