Job Responsibilities:

As an R&D Chemist at Prachi Specialities, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the development of new chemical products and improving existing formulations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting laboratory experiments to develop and optimize chemical processes.
• Analyzing raw materials and finished products for quality control.
• Assisting in the creation of product formulations and testing them for effectiveness.
• Documenting research findings and results in detailed reports.
• Collaborating with the senior R&D team to improve processes and address challenges.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in organic chemistry and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree (MSc) in Organic Chemistry or a related field is required.
• Fresh graduates (0-1 year experience) are welcome to apply.
• A strong theoretical background in organic chemistry with practical laboratory skills.
• Knowledge of chemical synthesis, analysis, and research techniques is an added advantage.

• Proficiency in laboratory techniques, including synthesis, analysis, and testing.
