Job Description:

BioPlus Life Sciences is looking to hire a Research Associate / Sr. Research Associate in the Formulation Development (FR&D) department. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Conducting literature and patent searches.
• Procuring and evaluating reference/comparator products.
• Preparing and submitting test license applications.
• Preparing costing formulas and executing Bio batches.
• Managing procurement of raw materials and packing materials.
• Conducting pre-formulation studies and reviewing Master Formula Records and specifications.
• Developing and scaling up formulations.
• Overseeing stability studies and compiling analytical and stability data.
• Maintaining lab notebooks and project files.
• Ensuring the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.

Key Skills:

• Strong analytical and formulation development skills.
• Attention to detail and effective project management.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for formulation development.
