This full-time, on-site position involves handling data management and curation, including complex data abstraction and entry for disease and project requirements. The role also includes participating in team meetings, maintaining medical knowledge and expertise in electronic medical record systems, and ensuring high levels of accuracy in data entry, with a target of 95% or higher accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data abstraction and entry for specified disease/project requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and learning sessions.
- Maintain knowledge of medical terminology and electronic data systems.
- Report time spent on records, audits, and other functions as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with minimum quality levels for each project.
- Address feedback from Quality Analysts and reconcile errors in a timely manner.
- Participate in quarterly Inter Rater Reliability (IRR) testing.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in medical fields (BDS, MDS, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, BPT, MD).
- 0-5 years of experience in clinical or non-clinical fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
