Responsibilities in the Job
As a Trainee in Production, you will have the opportunity to develop hands-on skills in various production processes. Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the production and manufacturing of herbal products and biotechnology-based solutions.
• Ensuring that production processes comply with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Monitoring production activities and maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting the production team in day-to-day activities and troubleshooting any operational issues.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Learning and applying techniques for maintaining cleanliness and maintaining the integrity of production areas.

This role provides excellent learning and growth potential for fresh graduates, offering exposure to practical aspects of the production process in the biotechnology and herbal industries.

Qualifications
Candidates applying for the Trainee Production position should meet the following educational requirements:

• A B.Sc, B.Tech, or M.Sc in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Freshers with 0-1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
