1. Production (Fresher, 1 to 6 Years & Shift In-Charges)
   • Responsibilities: Oversee the production process, ensure adherence to quality standards, manage day-to-day operations, and supervise shift teams.
   • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant field. Fresher candidates are welcome.
   • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in shifts, and a keen attention to detail.
2. Quality Assurance (4 to 8 Years – AQA, QMS, IPQA, Document Review)
   • Responsibilities: Perform quality audits, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and review documentation to ensure product quality.
   • Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy or related field.
   • Skills: Experience in quality management systems (QMS), auditing, and documentation review. Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
3. Quality Control (2 to 6 Years – GC Analysis, Raw Material)
   • Responsibilities: Conduct analysis using techniques like GC (Gas Chromatography), ensure quality control in raw materials, and maintain lab records.
   • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy.
   • Skills: Expertise in laboratory techniques, especially GC analysis, and experience with raw material testing.
4. Engineering (Fitters – 1 to 6 Years)
   • Responsibilities: Handle the maintenance and operation of equipment, ensure proper functioning of machinery, and troubleshoot any technical issues.
   • Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
   • Skills: Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, ability to work in a team, and experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
5. Production (TCAC & MCA- Plant – 1 to 6 Years – Fine Chemicals)
   • Responsibilities: Operate and monitor fine chemical production processes, ensure quality control, and optimize production efficiency.
   • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
   • Skills: Strong technical knowledge in chemical production, experience in plant operations, and knowledge of fine chemicals.
