Job Openings in QA and QC Departments

Aculife Healthcare is looking to expand its talented workforce in the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) departments. They are seeking professionals to join their team and contribute to the company’s commitment to excellence in pharmaceutical production.

Responsibilities in QA and QC Roles

• QA Department: In this role, you will be involved in various functions such as validation, IPQA (In-process Quality Assurance), QMS (Quality Management Systems), compliance, DQA (Documented Quality Assurance), and lab QA. You will ensure that products are produced and controlled according to strict quality standards and regulatory requirements for sterile and non-sterile dosage forms.
• QC Microbiologist: The QC role will focus on microbiological testing for formulations, including environmental monitoring (EM), endotoxin testing (BET), microbiological limit tests (MLT), and sterility testing. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety, sterility, and quality of products by applying rigorous testing protocols.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• QA Department:
  • A degree in Science or Pharmacy (B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm, M.Pharm).
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in QA functions (such as Validation, IPQA, QMS, Compliance, DQA, or Lab QA).
  • Experience with sterile and non-sterile dosage forms will be an advantage.
• QC Microbiologist:
  • A degree in Science (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) with specialization in Microbiology.
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in QC microbiology functions such as EM, BET, MLT, or sterility testing.
  • Experience working with sterile and non-sterile formulations is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
