Positions Available

Role: Call Handlers & Quality Reviewers
Experience Required: Freshers (0 years)
Shift Timing: 09:00 p.m. to 06:00 a.m. (Night Shift)

Qualifications

• Degree Required: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D
• Languages: Fluency in Spanish, German, or Dutch is mandatory.

Role & Responsibilities

Call Handlers:

• Manage voicemails and inbound/outbound calls related to Adverse Events (AEs), Product Complaints (PCs), and Medical Inquiries (MIs).
• Document reports accurately, including identification of AEs, PCs, medical device complaints, and medication errors.
• Prepare source documents for every interaction.

Quality Reviewers:

• Review source documents created by MICC associates.
• Identify and log errors using the quality review tool.
• Monitor daily productivity and quality metrics.
