   • Qualification: MSc Organic Chemistry
   • Desired Exposure: API Synthesis, Synthetic Chemistry, Formulation Excipient, Literature Search, and adherence to safety norms.
2. Group Leader (CRD Department)
   • Experience: 15-17 years
   • Qualification: PhD in Chemistry
   • Desired Exposure: API Synthesis, Formulation Excipient, Literature Review, Documentation, Cost Reduction, Troubleshooting.
3. Research Associate/Sr. Research Associate (ADL Department)
   • Experience: 2-6 years
   • Qualification: MSc in Analytical Chemistry or Organic Chemistry
   • Desired Exposure: Method Development for APIs, ICH Guidelines, Operation of HPLC, GC, UV, Calibration, and Troubleshooting of Instruments.
