Roles and Responsibilities
As a Technical Service / Technology Transfer Officer, you will support the technology transfer of new products from R&D to commercial production. Key responsibilities include:
- Technology Absorption & Transfer: Manage the transfer of technology from R&D to pilot, kilo, and commercial scales.
- Preparation of Process Documents: Create P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams) and PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams).
- Safety Documentation: Prepare HAZOP, HIRA, and FMECA documents to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
- Qualification & Validation: Generate qualification documents for new projects and support batch validation processes.
- Equipment Mapping & Capacity Calculations: Map equipment across plants for new products and ensure accurate capacity calculations.
- Batch Monitoring: Monitor batches during Pre-Validation and Validation phases.
- Documentation: Prepare BPCR (Batch Processing Control Records), ESR (Experimental Summary Reports), and ISR (Investigational Summary Reports) for validation batches.
- Validation Reporting: Develop validation reports, including observations and recommendations.
