Position: Clinical Trial Manager
Job Description:
As a Clinical Trial Manager (CTM), you will join the world’s largest and most comprehensive clinical research organization. This role offers a dynamic study design environment, fully integrated with a global pharmaceutical client. You will experience a collaborative “one team” approach, providing limitless opportunities for professional development through training, mentorship, and leadership support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives and small teams with strong leadership skills.
- Manage multiple trials in parallel across different disease areas.
- Build and maintain positive relationships both internally and externally.
- Foster an open mindset to improve processes efficiently.
- Create an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect.
- Focus on performance, delivering high-quality results within agreed timelines.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven understanding of the drug development process, including ICH-GCP, local laws, and regulations (required).
- Proficient in English (required).
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a regional Clinical Trial Manager or Project Manager on global studies.
