Job Description: As a Regulatory and Clinical Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the consulting team throughout various project phases, including:
- Problem definition and effort estimation
- Diagnosis and solution generation
- Design and deployment of solutions
Your responsibilities will include:
- Exploring alternatives to recommended solutions through literature surveys, vendor evaluations, and public domain research.
- Creating requirement specifications based on business needs and defining to-be-processes with detailed functional designs.
- Configuring solution requirements on products, diagnosing root causes of issues, and identifying potential solution alternatives.
- Contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.
Candidate Profile:
- Educational background in Engineering, Technology, or Pharmacy (B.Pharm, M.Pharm preferred).
- Proven ability to develop value-creating strategies that drive growth and profitability for clients.
- Strong knowledge of software configuration management systems and awareness of industry trends.
- Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach.
- Understanding of financial processes and pricing models relevant to various project types.
- Experience in assessing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending technology solutions.
- One or two industry domain knowledge areas.
- Strong client interfacing skills and project/team management experience.
