1 Production Department (QMS: Quality Management System)

• Position: Senior Officer / Executive
• Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Experience: 5–8 years
• Responsibilities:
• Manage QMS activities, such as deviations, incidents, and investigations.
• Prepare and review protocol.
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain critical control points (CCPs).

2 Quality Assurance Department (IPQA, In-Process Quality Assurance)

• Designation: Officer / Senior Officer
• Qualification: B.Pharm
• Experience: 2–4 years
• Responsibilities include conducting in-process checks in the manufacturing and packing sectors.
• Review the Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).

3 Packing Department

• Designation: Officer
• Qualification: B.Sc./B.Pharm.
• Experience: 2–4 years
• Responsibilities: Supervise bulk and blister packing lines.
• Packing Department (Technician/Operator)

4 Packing Department Technician (Operator)

• Qualification: SSC, HSC, BA, or ITI
• Experience: 1–2 years
• Responsibilities: Operate main and secondary bottle packing machines.

Required skills:

• Excellent understanding of pharmaceutical production procedures.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Compliance Protocols.
