Job Role: Sr. Clinical Process Associate (Clinical Trial Assistant)
As a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) at IQVIA, you will be a key member of the clinical research team, supporting the smooth operation of clinical trials. The CTA plays a crucial role in trial administration, documentation, and coordination across all phases of clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and tracking of clinical trials and study timelines.
- Maintain and organize essential clinical documentation, including regulatory files and study records.
- Communicate effectively with clinical research associates (CRAs), sponsors, and site teams to facilitate trial processes.
- Support the preparation of meeting materials, reports, and study trackers.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and company SOPs.
- Handle study-related correspondence, scheduling site visits, and follow-ups with stakeholders.
- Update and maintain trial management systems to reflect study progress.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- 2-3 years of experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and GCP guidelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience using trial management systems (TMS).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field preferred.
