Job Responsibilities:
- Project Support and Deliverables:
- Perform tasks that contribute to high-quality project deliverables aligned with SLAs and timelines.
- Engage in study-specific tasks, either for start-up or maintenance phases.
- Maintain and create project documents effectively.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Establish effective communication channels within the project/site teams.
- Ensure coordination between teams for issue resolution, particularly in tracking visits and vendor setup.
- Document Management:
- Participate in document creation, review, and maintenance.
- Handle document storage and indexing.
- Quality Assurance:
- Set and review quality standards for process tasks.
- Monitor and review processes to recommend improvements.
- Database Management:
- Maintain internal systems, databases, and tracking tools with precise, project-specific data.
- Review visit tracking in CTMS for investigator payments and other financial batches.
- Team Collaboration:
- Participate in meetings and implement action items as required.
- Act as a point of contact for training and serve as a buddy or SME for new hires.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks and indexing.
- Respond to ad-hoc data and analysis requests.
- Coordinate with translation vendors and facilitate contract reviews for optimal output.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Life Sciences preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a relevant role.
