📌 Job Description & Responsibilities
1. Junior Officer – Production / Packing
- Oversee manufacturing/packing operations in compliance with GMP guidelines.
- Ensure batch documentation and SOP adherence.
- Monitor equipment efficiency and troubleshoot issues.
2. Junior Team Member / Team Leader – QC
- Perform quality testing of raw materials & finished products.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacopoeial standards (USP/BP/IP).
- Document QC reports and maintain lab instruments.
3. Junior Operator – Production
- Assist in tablet compression, granulation, or capsule filling.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain hygiene in the production area.
