Role Overview:
The GSC Scientific Communications Associate – Regulatory will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop regulatory documents essential for the drug development lifecycle, ensuring the accurate and timely communication of scientific data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy and Execution:
- Prepare and finalize regulatory documents (e.g., protocols, ICFs).
- Collect and synthesize data from diverse sources to create cohesive content.
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in data presentation across documents.
- Coordinate reviews, integrate feedback, and manage document quality checks.
- Project and Stakeholder Management:
- Lead the writing process and manage project timelines.
- Communicate project status and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Knowledge and Skills Development:
- Maintain expertise in therapeutic areas and regulatory guidelines.
- Adapt writing skills to meet the needs of various audiences and technologies.
- Knowledge Sharing:
- Provide coaching and technical guidance to colleagues.
- Share best practices and contribute to process improvements within the team.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, health, communications, or related field.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in technical/regulatory scientific writing.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Assessment: Candidates must complete a writing exercise as part of the evaluation process.
