Job Description
Mankind Pharma is seeking experienced and dynamic professionals to join its Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) team in Gurugram. The ideal candidates should have:
- A Master’s in Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in IPR, regulatory affairs, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of patent laws, drug formulations, and intellectual property management
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling patent filings, oppositions, and litigation
- Conducting prior art searches and patentability assessments
- Ensuring compliance with IPR regulations
- Liaising with legal teams and R&D departments
- Drafting and reviewing patent-related documents
