Eligibility Criteria:
- For ME/M.Tech./M.Arch./M.Pharm./M.S./MBA/MA/M.Sc./M.Com./MBBS/BDS; CA/CMA/ICWA/CS with a graduation degree:
- General/OBC: 6.5 CGPA or 60% marks
- SC/ST: 6.0 CGPA or 55% marks
- For BE/B.Tech./B.Arch./B.Pharm./MCA or Equivalent:
- General/OBC: 8.0 CGPA or 75% marks
- SC/ST: 7.5 CGPA or 70% marks
- Degrees must be from a UGC/AICTE recognized institute/university.
Department/Centre Specific Academic Qualifications:
- Biotechnology (BT): Relevant degrees in Engineering, Science, Pharmacy, Medical disciplines.
- Chemistry (CY): Relevant degrees with chemistry/biochemistry/geochemistry background.
- Centre for Biomedical Engineering & Assistive Technology (BEAT): Various engineering, pharmacy, medical, and science disciplines.
- Centre for Advanced Research on Energy (CARE): Relevant engineering, science, pharmacy disciplines.
- Centre of Excellence on IoT and Intelligent Systems (IoTIS): Any branch of engineering/technology.
Fellowship:
- Regular Research Scholars (Category-A) will receive fellowship as per Ministry of Education norms: ₹37,000 per month for the first 2 years, ₹42,000 per month for the remaining 3 years. No fellowship for other categories.
Application Fee:
- ₹500 for OPEN, EWS, and OBC categories
- ₹250 for SC, ST, and PwD categories
