Responsibilities in the Job
Your primary duties as an NBHC ProComm Business Development – Sales specialist will be:
- Creating New Business Opportunities: To increase our clientele, we must locate and approach new clients using a variety of tools and methods.
- Client communication: Use WhatsApp, phone conversations, and email correspondence to build rapport with clients while attending to their requirements and offering customized solutions.
- Lead generation: To spur business expansion, actively seek out and cultivate new leads and relationships.
- Regulatory Compliance: Make use of your understanding of FSSAI and other regulatory standards to inform and direct client interactions and guarantee compliance.
Qualifications
Experience: Three years minimum of relevant experience in the food testing or pharmaceutical industries.
Education: While practical experience is highly sought, a degree or diploma in a relevant discipline is desirable.
Skills
You should be able to do the following in order to succeed in this role:
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of FSSAI norms and testing protocols for food and pharmaceuticals.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding capacity for efficient communication using a range of platforms, such as WhatsApp, phone calls, and email.
