Eligibility:

• Educational Qualifications:
  Master’s/Integrated Master’s degree in Natural or Agricultural/Pharmaceutical Sciences/MVSc/Animal Sciences
  OR
  Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology/Medicine
  OR
  Equivalent qualifications recognized by the appropriate authority.
• Desirable Experience:
  • Patent searching and analysis.
  • Knowledge of IP databases and patent literature analysis.
  • Experience in IP consultancy/KPO for at least 1 year.
  • Registered Patent Agent (preferred).

Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (Relaxable for SC/ST/PWD/Women and OBC candidates).

Job Responsibilities:

1. Preparing technology trend reports, Freedom-to-Operate (FTO), and infringement analysis.
2. Designing and conducting Intellectual Property (IP) courses.
3. Collating and analyzing IP-related information.
4. Other tasks as per project needs.

Emoluments:

1. ₹31,000 + HRA (if qualified NET/GATE or equivalent).
2. ₹25,000 + HRA (for other candidates).

Duration: Initially for 12 months, extendable based on performance and project requirements.
