Position: Trainee / Chemist – Production
Job Description: As a Production Trainee/Chemist, you will be responsible for executing production activities within your designated shift, adhering to standard operating procedures and safety regulations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving batch manufacturing sheets from the QA department.
- Conducting process operations and progressively recording process parameters in the Batch Manufacturing System (BMS).
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of process equipment and surrounding areas.
- Observing and reporting calibration needs.
- Accurately recording data in batch manufacturing sheets and other documentation.
- Coordinating with the quality assurance department for document handover.
- Maintaining discipline and organization in the production area.
- Reporting any deviations or abnormalities to the shift production officers.
- Collaborating with maintenance personnel for routine and preventive maintenance.
- Participating in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 0 to 4 years in the Production Department (API Industry).
- Education: Candidates with a Pharma background are highly recommended.
- Early joiners are preferred.
