Educational Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- PhD in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemical Biology, or Neurobiology.
Desirable Skills:
- Expertise in mammalian cell culture, tissue culture, proteomics, and glycoproteomics.
- Knowledge of glycobiology, glycoproteins, and mass spectrometry.
- Experience in gene editing (CRISPR), next-generation sequencing (NGS), and bioinformatics.
- Hands-on experience in flow cytometry, confocal microscopy, and in vivo mouse models.
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
✔ Conduct differential proteomics & glycoproteomics studies using mass spectrometry.
✔ Perform gene editing, NGS data analysis, and gene expression studies.
✔ Work with neuronal cell lines, primary cells, and mouse models.
✔ Utilize advanced microscopy (confocal, high-resolution imaging).
Salary & Benefits
- Research Associate-I: Rs. 58,000/- per month + 27% HRA
- Research Associate-II: Rs. 61,000/- per month + 27% HRA
