Leverage evidence to inform Integrated Product Strategy (IPS), Integrated Evidence Generation Plans, and medical strategies.
Contribute to healthcare partnerships and implement disease area strategies.
Act as a strategic scientific partner and collaborate with field colleagues (Value/Market Access, HEOR, clinical research).
Identify data gaps and opportunities for data generation.
Engage with external stakeholders and support innovative partnership models.
Communicate relevant evidence to stakeholders.
Support Novartis Clinical Trials and lead scientific events and medical education.
Manage personal and professional development and administrative responsibilities.
Promote and adhere to Ethics and Compliance Professional Practices Policy (P3).
Candidate Profile
Qualifications: Master’s or other post-graduate degree in health/life sciences. Doctoral degree preferred (PharmD, PhD, MD).
Experience: 2-3 years in a medical function preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills. Ability to adapt, organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of healthcare systems and research procedures. Proficiency in leveraging technology for stakeholder management and insights gathering.
